This project features the exterior architectural design of three-storey terrace houses for a developer, adopting a modern minimalist approach. The overall design carefully considers the building proportions, façade layering, balcony composition, material selection and colour coordination to create a cohesive, well-balanced and distinctive architectural identity.
The design also takes into account the connection between corner and intermediate units, allowing the whole row to maintain a consistent visual language while still expressing the spacious character and strong presence of three-storey terrace houses, further enhancing the overall image of the development.
